Jauqeline, and Cocolo, are FABULOUS! I had long, very curly hair, and wanted to get a very pixie cut. She listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, and I was BLOWN AWAY by the outcome. I absolutely love my haircut. She did an amazing job, and I also really appreciated the attentive service and the relaxing, beautiful salon. I can't say enough good things about them!! I will definitely go back.

Very nice employees! Always friendly and they definitely remember your name. Had Erin do my lashes. Great job!! Love them.

Love this new spa/salon in Albany! They have great customer service, always offer fresh coffee when you come in, and the spot itself is cute, quiet, and very relaxing. Jacqueline always does a fantastic job with my hair; I don't want to go anywhere else after seeing her!
