Story

We are a family owned and operated café with a passion for food, desserts and coffee. We serve breakfast, lunch and a wide variety of desserts. Our friendly and warm environment is suitable for all occasions, be it a meeting between friends or a family affair!

The cafe's design and menu were carefully planned and executed with our very own personal touch. We are open daily at 9am. Thanks for visiting and hope to meet with you soon.

Love this cozy cafe for delicious sandwiches and warm drinks! Consistently good and always friendly staff. They have a really nice back patio as well for the summertime. Highly recommend!

If you like flavor, come to Cocoalatte! The food is fresh, delicious & filling! Our waitress was friendly & efficient! The waffle sandwich was killer! Being a coffee snob, they have delicious roast! This place definitely gets the BE Adventure Partners seal of approval!

Today is the first time I have ever tried Cocoalatte. My usual brunch spot is open on weekends only for pick up. Thought I would try something different. I love this place. I ordered the Breakfast Tostada and it is delicious! I would definitely order from here again.

This is my favourite brunch spot in the neighbourhood. The owners are such kind and friendly people. Before the pandemic it was always bustling and busy here. Their food is delicious- my personal favourite is the Breakfast Toastada. I would definitely recommend trying them!

seems like a very popular spot in the hood so had to try. Latte was pretty good and friendly people working there.

One of my all time favourite places to eat. It has an amazing vibe, love the atmosphere. Makes me wish I lived in the area. Truly a diamond in the rough.

Love the sandwiches; wish they were open Sundays!
