Coastway Community Bank

Boy do I miss the "Greene Street" Days. When it was Coastway Credit Union and we had access to a 24 hour ATM that passed out detonations of $10 as oppose to $20. Washington Street? You can't even drive up to the Drive Thru ATM after-hours while they close the inside one. Not to mention that One RUDE lady that I believe is member's services. I've dealt with her twice in the last 12 months....walked out abruptly both times. Instead of trying to help you, she wants to chastise you and has terrible customer service skills. I'll continue to go out of my way to the Cranston and Warwick branches from now on.

I was in a rush and walked away from the ATM leaving my card there. When I called the bank the next day to ask if they had it they confirmed they did. They informed me they would have to destroy it since it was not one of their cards. I asked if I could just pick it up they said no they did not know why my bank pulled it. I asked if they could call my bank they said "No we don't do that". I am now without a card for 7 to 10 days despite the fact that they had my card in their hands. Very poor customer service, I would not bank with people that care that little about the community they serve.
