Bank of America Financial Center

i stopped by the ATM attached to this BOA and my card got stuck and the screen went black. I walked in and approached the teller that it was stuck and she told me she would be with me in a moment . After 5 minutes of sitting and not a glance in my direction, I got up and I waited in line for THIRTY minutes. After i reach the desk (another teller) she tells me that the manager who has the key is out and isn't sure where he is and told me to wait, didn't even give an apology for the lengthy wait time. (I had seen the manager while in line and he looked miserable and extremely unapproachable.) After sitting back down and waiting I walked out. After I left the initial teller came after me and got my information to call me to pick up my card after they retrieved it. She apologized multiple times, which i appreciate, but it was still an extremely frustrating experience.

Bank manager did not approach me until I was seated for 40 minutes. Incredibly terrible service here. Only two tellers at the counter with well over 15 people in line waiting. Tellers are so unprofessional and rude!

This branch is very efficient in getting paper work processed and sticking to appointments upon first visit. The follow up is not so accurate on ther part

Lady at the counter with thin eyebrows was condescending, rude, and unhelpful when I went to enquire about a problem with my account. Hope I don't have to come back and experience further unprofessional behavior any time soon.
