Coachman's Terrace Manufactured Home

My truck broke down. We ended up renting a car to get home. These people were so nice! Offered to drive us up to the rental car depot, kept our camper for a week in a secure area and didn't change me. Awesome! Still can't believe how nice they were!

Had to move out because the newer neighbors are ruining the peacefulness this trailer park had. We were broken into, stolen from, the police was coming around very very often due to those newer neighbors. The good people will continue to leave unless something changes. 😔

We just arrived. Our first impression was what really was this place? Nice people managing it. It's a mobile park with open slots for travel trailers and full size coaches. Good level spots, lots of shady trees at every site. Full hook ups. We got on the Internet with no problems. No tent sites. You have room for tents next to your trailers if you need that. You do have to have wheels of some sort to get around. Not on a lake. Very quiet area so far. We like it.

Not a bad spot if you are only looking for a place to park and do other things. Sites were large and fairly level with full hookup. No public restrooms or showers, the office is not staffed, the pool wasn't open Friday evening, the place is mostly run down seasonals with about 10 spots available and the fire ring was full of ashes from who knows how long. On the way in you see what looks to be a storage yard and dump where I think they were burning trash. We won't be back.
