The thought about my cab ride to the airport: 1 The driver didn’t help at all with the luggage - in or out; 2 The driver didn’t say a word the entire time, although I tried to engage him in friendly conversation; 3 The driver then charged more than the posted legal maximum for a ride to the airport from Charlottetown. First, last, and only time I will use them. Zero stars if I could.
Well i’ve heard the owner is great and have had great experience with the drivers but today I called the number by accident mixed up two numbers I didn’t realize it was the taxi place so was confused when dispatch lady asked where I was going that they don’t do online booking and I simply said “ I’m sorry i’m trying to place an order “ and she actually was the most nasty , unprofessional and rudest person I have EVER encountered “ She actually yelled at me then slammed the phone down in my ear , after making a simple mistake ! Do better Co-Op mistakes happen , tell your dispatch to attempt to act even a little professional , but as I said i’ve had great luck with drivers , this just was very uncalled for , takes a second to say you’ve got the wrong place have a good day and takes a lot less energy for her .
The service in itself is great and they used to be great in general but I really wish Uber would finally come to PEI because none of these cabs are reliable. They do not pick up when you call and sometimes when they do, it takes ages for them to get to you. They never have enough cabs especially on weekends. There’s a shortage!!!
Unbelievably unprofessional. Driver 270 picked up his girlfriend while driving us to our destination and made us wait in the car while his girlfriend went back to get something she had forgotten. Waited in the car for 10 minutes.
Got scammed by one of the driver. Taxi ride costs $22 total for 1-km ride. The driver explained that luggage costs $10 to transport. Taxi don't even have meters.
Wow horrible experience, driver was weaving in and out of traffic, crossing lanes in every roundabout, and blasting EDM music. Truly horrible. Honestly between the horrible music and erratic driving I feel like I'm gonna puke.
Used them during my stay in the area a few times. Service was friendly and on time if not early. Reasonably priced, clean vehicles, no smell ext. In my experience this is the best taxi service in the area. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.
Our saviours! Every other cab company wasn’t picking up and/or quoting over an hour wait time. We needed to get to the airport and Co-Op quoted us 10 minutes or less for the cab to arrive - it arrived in 5 minutes!
very difficult to get a hold of, i use this service often, but i have to call 5-10 times before i actually get an answer. very friendly drivers and dispatcher.
I'll give them 5 stars because they are the only cab company that actually answers their phone
