Rung MULTIPLE times just to be told every single taxi was at the airport. If you cant realistically support the number of patrons your business gets, it means its time to upgrade, and stop being so understaffed and caught in the past. With service like this, wont be long before Uber comes and runs PEI cabs out of business. Be better.
They don’t care about the service they render. Might be timely sometimes. Most times they’re not prompt to step up responding to customer… bad of them
Called a cab to go to work went downstairs after finishing brushing my teeth to wait for it and waited for 30 minutes before calling and asking if there was an update on wait time, I was told it was my fault it had taken so long, to be ready and not make the cab driver sit for 15 minutes. when I disagreed and explained how i had been waiting keeping watch after making the call I was told I was being disrespectful and that I would not be getting another taxi sent. Then was hung up on. I've had other drivers get angry with me for using debit before as well as for coming out of a different door than they expected.
Coming from Toronto being in a place without really Uber threw me for a loop! I was expecting an expensive and poor experience hence why so many turn to Uber generally but City Cabs Charlottetown drivers were friendly and competent, good drivers and fair prices. Thanks for getting us around
Worst cab company ever. If they ever answer their phones, which isn't often, than you get to wait forever till a cab shows up. Why they still have a license is beyond me. Horrible company
We ordered malai kofta that was the worst I ever had. Nd not good quantity of the food. In the kadai paneer just 4 pieces of paneer.
If I could give zero starts I would. Terrible customer service, phone ringing busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Company should employ more cars to serve customers transportation needs rather than busying the call on customers.
Came to PEI for a visit got picked up at the airport and got charged more than we were supposed to! Not impressed for our first experience here! Definitely won't recommend this taxi company to others! The rest of the taxi companies we used were great! Stay away from them unless you want to get ripped off or like being lied to!
Be aware, we were charged $19 for a 2 minute fare downtown. We didn’t walk because it was pouring rain. No meters, just a grumpy driver telling you how much you owe at the end.Service: Limousines
We called last night for a taxi to take us from the Cornwall KOA campground to the Confederation Center. They had a taxi to our campground site in 15 minutes and only charged $22 for 2 people for a one way trip. After the play we called them again to pick us up and return us back to the campground, this time it was less than 5 minutes waiting! Both taxi drivers were friendly and helpful. I recommend you use City Taxi if your in town!!
