Was so excited to go for my 21 week ultrasound visit on dec 17, 2016 to see our baby and get pictures. This is our 2ND child so we have an understanding of what to expect at these visits.It was not easy to find since we had never been to this mall. It is located by walmart on the 2ND floor we now know.The receptionist was nice and seemed over worked as there was a few patients that did not bring the paper work required so they had to reschedule and the patients were not listening and still atempting to get there ultrasounds done. The receptionist did a fantastic job at keeping her composure I must say. They were 15 min behind on taking me in which I undestand. However the ultrasound tech kept breathing heavy as our baby was moving a lot. She seemed very annoyed and even got my husband before she was done with measurments needed as she was far behind schedule. I was unable to see what she was doing till the last 5 min. At the end she advised me that I would need to find out the sex from my obgyn which I understand but stated they send photos to my Dr as well and don't give them out there even though the front desk upon booking my appointment told me otherwise. When I called my Dr today they advise that was not correct they never recieve photo's to give to patients. So all in all I would not recommend this clinic if you are wanting to keep any documentation of your baby or want a proper bedside manner. This is the first negative review I have every had to write as I always try to find the positive but I feel it is important as this was such a huge day for us and our family and it became such a poor experience. That we are rescheduling an appointment with another clinic for January now.

First time there I had an x-ray and had no problems at all.
Second time I didn't even get past the receptionist. I was trying to call and make an ultrasound appointment but my GP did something confusing on the order. Instead of trying to help me understand what went wrong the receptionist yelled at me! She got nasty and griped about how I was confusing her like I was trying to do it on purpose, and then just refused to deal with me further! RUDE!
Called another ultrasound place and they were able to sort out the confusing order, book me, AND be nice to me the whole way. Why couldn't this place?

Couldn't even get in. Have called them twice to set up an appointment and I kept getting the same reason every time which was they still haven't had their June schedule set up yet. How does that work for the patient who needs to know what's going on with their health?? I called other places and managed to get a schedule set up somewhere else. This place sounds really disorganized.
