The Longueuil office was extremely flexible. They took the time to explain all the options. The staff was great. Then, the measuring and the installation was pulled off exactly as promised. And at much less than the big box stores. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Casa Désign did a great job.

Great experience! John and his team are dedicated professionals and offer great design at a reasonable price. The service is excellent and working with Vanessa designing our new kitchen was a pleasure. Great job!!

Update: So, after moving in to the condo, I have had problems non-stop. First off, the inspector and real-estate agent were shocked at the poor quality of the work they did, including scratches on cabinets, and cabinet doors that were not aligned properly, missing pieces, etc…. Then, when they came to fix the problems, they did a bad job. For example, there was a dent in a shelf in the kitchen. Instead of replacing it, the person simply flipped the shelf so no-one would notice it! And we were at home! They won't replace doors with scratches, they take a coloured pen and fill it in instead. When their contractor comes, they say it’s someone else’s problem. I believe that the people at Casa are nice, but I wouldn’t recommend them to friends after all the issues we continue to have. Even for the dishwasher, they forgot to drill a hole, and they did not install the piece below the counter. The plumber who came was really surprised. I did buy an island from them, and that was quite good. But, for the rest overall, poor craftmanship and customer service. Went in a bit nervous, to be honest. However, John and the team put me at ease immediately. Most importantly, they LISTEN to you and your needs. John gave us practical advice on what works now, and what might be good in the future. Also, really appreciated the fact he helped us stay on budget no overselling. Thank you for making the process of choosing a kitchen and bathroom smooth and easy. Will definitely shop here again!

John is very patient and helpful! He knows when to give his advice and when to let you choose on your own. He's practical and not pushy! Wonderful to work with : especially as first time homebuyers
