I recently spent a full spa day at Club D’Elite Spa in Richmond Hill, and it was honestly one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was warm, professional, and attentive. The entire experience felt relaxing, luxurious, and very well organized.nnThe spa facilities were excellent — I especially loved the hydro pool, cold plunge, wet sauna, and dry sauna. Everything was clean, calming, and designed to help you completely unwind. Moving between the hot and cold therapies made the experience feel incredibly refreshing and restorative.nnThe treatments were amazing from beginning to end. I had a 1-hour foot massage, facial, head massage, and a full-body deep tissue massage that was absolutely incredible. The massage therapists were highly skilled and attentive to pressure and comfort, and I left feeling completely relaxed and renewed.nnAnother detail that made the experience even better was the food and lounge area. Having delicious food included during a full spa day made it feel like a true retreat instead of just an appointment.nnYou can really understand why this spa has so many positive reviews. People often mention the excellent massages, relaxing atmosphere, hydrotherapy amenities, cleanliness, friendly staff, and overall value — and after experiencing it myself, I completely agree.nnIf you are looking for a thoughtful gift for someone special — or even a self-care day for yourself — I highly recommend Club D’Elite Spa. It was an unforgettable experience and I will definitely return.

Had booked RMT for me and my husband it was amazing she applied proper pressure and it was very relaxing after that we went to hot water pool and and steam room also they have sauna and cold water pool. Food is unlimited but taste can be better. We were served with juice and fruit platter at arrival. They have me a gift nails as part of RMT package. Overall a great experience would love to visit again.

Nice, relaxing place with very friendly staff They even put blankets on me while I was resting and offered me a lovely hand paraffin service. The whirlpool was beautiful. The place is a bit run-down in some areas, and what could be improved is that the food and drinks included are mostly fast food options, which are not the healthiest. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a lovely, restful afternoon spent at Spa D’Elite.Thanks to the lovely staff for their nice and attentive service!

Went here for a girly hang out. Good place to yap and it was not overly crowded. There is whirlpool, cold plunge, sauna area. But there is also this couch area where you can eat and chill with unlimited food. It’s not fancy food but it’s included which is nice. Also the slippers are included in the fee which is nice. The staff were also all friendly and attentive. Always there with a towel or cut fruit.

What a strange Saturday—it seemed that everywhere I went was packed with crowds.nSince I was already out, I decided to go with a substitute plan. It didn’t turn out quite as I expected.nnLet’s start with the positives: this is a no-nonsense spa where you get exactly what you pay for slippers are included in the fee. That’s something I appreciated. The staff were courteous and attentive. The front desk even asked if I wanted a drink, though I had just come from dinner, so I wasn’t particularly hungry or thirsty.nnAs usual, it took me forever to change my clothes . I went with a friend, and the staff helped me find her. The pool attendant was very kind—he asked if I needed anything and brought me a cold towel for the sauna and a fruit plate. The staff really encouraged me to try their food and drinks, but my stomach was already full. I found that very endearing. One of the female staff members even placed my swimsuit in a plastic bag for me. I’d rate the staff 5/5.nnThe customers, however, were questionable. Most seemed to be European or Persian. Some of the men were obnoxious, and a few women were overly touchy in public. It’s a small facility, and some people were using their phones. None of them said anything to me, and they kept a polite distance, so I didn’t have any unpleasant interactions personally.nnThere was one odd situation, though. I was in a room with a TV, and a couple kept walking by and looking in. Later, the woman asked if I was using the TV, and then the man asked again. I was on my phone and didn’t hear them at first, which annoyed me a bit, so I invited them to watch the TV with me. But it turned out they just wanted to switch rooms.nnThe man wasn’t threatening or anything—just lacking manners. I actually found it a little funny, especially when I realized they probably weren’t there for the TV but for other reasons. I think the staff should be stricter with customers like that, maybe even ask them to leave.nnThe strongest point of this spa is definitely their staff.
