CLSC Saint-Michel

Came there with no appointments at around 8:30 am on a Sunday not knowing I needed one for what I had to get for myself needed nursery to remove my stitches.nnThe lady at the reception helped me because I looked confused, I explained what I needed then she helped me set things up despite having no appointment then registered my folder in the files and told me a nurse would be available at around 9:30 am and told me to wait because it's also possible I could get called earlier.nnI went to the waiting room then waited maybe 5 min before my name got called and I went into a room where a kind nurse was removing stitches.nnI had no issues at this clinic overall and everything was pretty straight forward.

The man at CLSC he so rude and no education and not helping people and am try to asking him a nice question and he answering me with a rude face . He not professional with that job. Disappointed

Horrible. Horrible. I had an appointment and I waited 3 hours to be seen by someone and that includes the triage nurse. Never again. Would I ever be caught going there?.

Asked 3 times homeservice Blood test for my 95 years old mother in law, 2 of with big word urgent on the paper, none of 3 was taken. The hospital couldn't wait so they did the 3 test on the same day of the 3 hospital appointment. Always 2 to 3 days after the hospitals appointment, clsc nurse called us that they are coming for Bloodtest. Now I have to go to this clsc again because my mother Dr wants a Blood test, we are hoping what have happened wouldn't happen again. Hoping who is running this Clsc will put a tiny fraction of his or her time in this matter so a 95 years old be less suffering. And hoping that they are sending an experienced nurse, bloodtest not beehive making

Booked at appointment through 811, they told me I can go with my brown paper. I have also taken appointments in the past at other places and had no issue with my paper. I went for my appointment at 2:00pm and this lady tells me they’re not going to accept the brown paper and turned me away. I have strep throat and a high fever, I can’t eat or drink anything. Thanks for wasting my time
