The customer service deserves zero stars. Receptionist dude, disrespectful and not helpful. At my newborn’s 1st doctors visit, the girl forgot to inform the doctor of our arrival and we ended up waiting 31/2 hours. Now I always double check to make sure she properly logged me in. Instead of assuming her mistake and apologize. She takes it personally, gets frustrated and starts screaming and threatening. We have a very kind doctor, patient and resourceful. Its sad the place where he works is so unorganized. +Every time I call for an appointment, I wait around 30-40 mins for someone to answer just to say its full and have to wait over a month to see my family doctor. It’s frustrating!!
ridiculous wait time. Expect to spend minimum 4h there with an appointment. At least the first 2h of parking are free....
Des fois le service au domicile est horrible jai eu des jour très stressante avec eux et mon père aine. Jai du faire beaucoup moi meme !en plus ca placote beaucoup ! The person in charge of clsc was rude and unprofessional refused services requested by Maisonneuve rosemount hospital for my elderly dad. It's hard to reach them depending who is working and takes forever to get an answer or the service I had to.call commission de plaint des services et des soins to get something Rolling we will see if that helps....my dad ended up.the emergency with 2 infections on both legs...could.been prevented if he they would have given proper treatment and they changed his treatment to change is dressing from 3 days to 2 days a week. I asked for the same nurse as if helps my dad's treatment...he has insufficient venose and it's complicated and chronic. He went back to the hospital for 6 weeks with 2 infections on his legs and bad ones Esp one there was a tendon that was growing exponentially it was huge ...he was on danger .on top of the fact that there is a nurse that said I opened the door with a g string....a real wacko . If you have an elderly parent being followed by them you best be in top of it !
Hi,I understand very well how this clinic has lots of problems with patients in general,they are rude,disorganized, and turn you away I even with appointments, and There is discrimination with the languages,
Trying to contact for an appointment for last two months, but failed. Every time I getting line by waiting two hours. When I found someone, telling me to contact later. No appointment. My son received first dose from his school. For second dose referred to CLSC. But failed to get appointment for last two months. I don't know how long I need to wait.
I Scheduled a phone appointment with my family doctor and never got called.the appointment never got registered in the system by the secretary. When I called to understand why, the secretary 1. Put me on hold for several minutes then hung up. 2, once I called back again, she promised me a call-back the following week. Never got called back... seems like the secretary is just not capable of doing her job. Dry disappointing customer service
The secretaries over there are very rude and they are known to be rude all over the neighbourhood. If you don't like your job, then quit. I understand that everybody has their bad days, but this is happening at every visit. Also, if you pay a visit at the doctor, the waiting time is going to be very long hours and that is to be expected. Once you're in the room, you've got to wait about 10 or more minutes until the doctor comes in. Why...
The worst health unit I've seen in 2 years. Thethe staff were friendly and helpful, thanks them. But if you are coming to receive health care, don't come! I just came to be vaccinated. At any point, a registration, line up, and again registration and again line up, continuous identity control .. as military... inappropriate conditions for health. intervention in everyone. What a shame ! What the nonsense is this ! Finally, they stick a sticker that tells you what time to leave.. Not acceptable !!
Did a blood test a week ago and one week later, a man called me to say that they had an incident with my blood tubes. They took 5 tubes and now I have to go again for another 5. My arm was bruised and hurt for 2 days.
The place shut down. 3 hours on hold, still waiting. 6 months later and here I am …. Trying to contact my family doctor… I’m at close to 4 hours of waiting on the phone trying to reach someone to get an appointment. How is this even acceptable ???
