Our team hired New Wave for branding/website development/social media presence. We had spoken to a few different firms to gain different ideas and felt New Wave was far ahead of their competition. We were very happy with the results and their ability to answer our questions. We will be continuing to work with Jon and his team.

The band has used many of New Wave Media's services since 2016 to increase our profile & exposure which has ultimately led to a sizable increase in hired performances! New Wave has also assisted us to help our clients market their gatherings especially the Charity events to increase attendance & ultimately raise awareness & dollars towards the cause!! I had a vision of what my website would look like in a perfect world, I had no idea how I would ever get it to look like that. I didn't think it was possible. After meeting with Jon and his team to discuss ideas, I realized I was in great hands. They have a tone of creative experience, and inspiring ideas. But, what was most impressive was just how quickly these ideas I could only dream of, turned into action. It was more than just scribbles on a white board. The Castlegar Rebels Junior Hockey team has been extremely impressed with the work provided by the team at New Wave! They were able to take some of the small ideas we had during our website development and then brought them to life in creative ways, that are modern, effective, eye catching and gave us a completed product that we are very proud of!

The company I worked with hired New Wave to rebrand our business as well as design a website that would funnel leads to our sales team with the goal of selling the business. Not only did they create exactly what we wanted brand wise, they developed a marketing strategy that delivered leads...multiple leads...more that we thought! The company did sell the business and we do credit New Wave's marketing expertise as a major contributor to the sale of the business. I recommend them and have referred them to a few colleagues who have also seen success.

New wave Media did some branding/logo work for us about 4 years ago and did not give us the working files for the logos and other paid services. When asked for them again multiple times and recently, we were sent some files that were not usable. Left messages with Jonathan multiple times, but no calls were returned. Beware of them holding files ransome. We now need to start our materials from scratch again.

We, have been working in collaboration with New Wave NW Since 2014, working towards better establishing our company in the Canadian marketplace.
