The doctor is really nice, and the staff is great! They always remind you one day before your appointment which is sweet!
They don’t answer phone nor email. It is expensive in compare to other vets. Although there is a nice and knowledgeable doctor who only works 1 day a week there.
I called for a surgery for my dog, they asked for all previous files and I sent them. 3 weeks go by and no one calls me back. I call to ask if the vet will help me, they told me will call me back. NO CALL. I tried again and the receptionist treated me like garbage. Do not go here.
