While visiting my daughter in Montréal I took my 13 year old toy poodle in for papiloma removal and a dental cleaning. There discovering eye cataracts and kidney disease. Both Dr's and staff were helpful, compassionate and very forth right with what will hopefully slow down the kidney disease and give us some more good years together I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Seto Is wonderful one of the nicest doctors. A month ago I had an incident with the receptionist I’ve asked Dr Seto to call me never heard a response. Also been waiting for my dogs medical files so I can transfer. Every time I call the receptionist she says he’s very busy and hasn’t had the time. That being said his support staff mainly the two receptionists in the front are extremely rude, confrontational and unprofessional! My dogs haves been a patients of his for 4 years, sadly I will never go to this clinic again the customer service is unacceptable. If you scroll through the reviews you'll see that most people complaining, share the same sentiment. The doctor is great but the support staff is terrible, and they will accuse you before excepting their rudeness. Hope the doctors look into this issue :

Dr Elkin Seto is hands down the kindest, gentlest, most compassionate person you will ever meet. That coupled with his innate knowledge of animals makes him the best veterinarian and the only one I would ever entrust with the care of my fur babies!

disappointed with this vet’s service. I have used them for over three years, my cat was just deathly ill and I called them for help, they not only refused to squeeze me in but would not recommend me another vet to reach out to where other vets I called took the time to do this and was not even their client. They have continued their Covid procedures, you just ring a bell and wait outside even in the cold and they meet you at the door, still do not take cash as if we are in the middle of a pandemic. I just tried buying gastro food and they told me they did not have change for my 50$ bill. Super frustrating

Dr. Elkin is the best vet I've ever had. He takes amazing care of our cats and dog but is pragmatic about the care and doesn't suggest unnecessary interventions.

Dr Seto is a great vet, very devoted and knowledgeable. You can tell he truly cares for his furry patients.

Really grateful for this clinic, the vet has been incredible and my pets have been treated efficiently. Their pricing is also very reasonable.

Fairly priced and definitely the best service!! They have taken great care of my puppy over the past few months. This week, when my dog was neutered, they even called the next day to ensure everything was ok post-op. Dr Seto, Dr. Honos, and the vet techs are all professional and are truly the best! **update** If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Dr Honos is compassionate, patient and is a wonderful vet who takes her time and makes a difference in peoples lives. Thanks sud ouest team!

I have been bringing my pup here for more than a year now and every time it has been a breeze and super helpful when needed. Would highly recommend !
