In the time around New Years Eve, they provided me an appointment just within 2 days which was pretty good compared to other clinics which rejected or proposed clearly later appointments. Arrived there I was directly treated at the time of my appointment, probs for that. The doctor listened to all symptoms/problems and tried to solve the problems finding the easiest way in a perfect cooperative way. Therapy was perfect, results absolutely satisfying. Price seemed to me also reasonable. Only disadvantage is that it wasn't possible to do to blood test directly there. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this clinic.

I read previous reviews and there were a bit harsh. I had a good experience there. Took the appointment online and I was invited in the consultation room within 10 min from my appointment time. Took another 5 min to see the doctor. She was very professional and caring. Yes, compared with other clinics were a bit outdated but that did not impact my experience. One extra star for giving me already another appointment for the follow up with same doctor, something I never got at my usual clinic in Laval.

Waited 1 year to get a RDV for a surgeon in montreal. My familly doctor sent me to the waiting list for montreal. FINALLY got a call for a RDV the following month. 1 week before my RDV I got called that they said It was a mistake they sent the wrong info to the waiting list and now I have a rdv for the next day when I'm scheduled to work. I am very busy and didn't plan for this and they couldn't help me they said that I can see a doctor from their clinic in 6 months if I can't take that spot. I asked to be sent back to the waiting list they said they can't it has to be with their clinic. Money hungry worthless clinic LOL.

I had very little waiting time, less than 5 mins and they processed me quickly.

No follow up after x Ray's, doctor works 2 day a month, and no other doctor can open the file. Lost a week waiting for the callback. Trying to get the line to have a follow up was over 30 minutes the first time and over 1 hour the second, had to go on site to get answers. At the end, broken wrist bones that should have been treated right away...

Hi i would like to start by saying that i have been coming to this clinic since i was a little girl with my family and it has always been problematic at times. I myself am not perfectly bilingual and even tho i try i have received negative comments about how i should speak french and i was refused service in English on 2 accounts, The receptionist are rude and impatient with you, they hang up on you and are sarcastic. The doctors however are good doctors they are well spoken and patient and take time despite the many people they have to see. Best of luck !

I have severe anxiety and am autistic. When I came here the receptionist yelled at me and sarcastically said that I couldn't have my appointment which I had been waiting 3 months for because I momentarily couldn't find my referral. She continued to be mean to me as I cried and was practically shaking. Nice drs tho.

I’ve tried to call several times to make an app waiting for hours and no response

Had an appointment, they shifted it away for lack of doctors, they said.They're not available at the phone in 2 weeks; gone in person, sick and painful, ask to se a doctor for an urgence, they said "come tomorrow" I said "no way I want to see a doctor and change the hospital with a reference medicale" They said "ok just wait" I think they were taking my case not seriously. In the hall, all kind of noises, a guy who was eating smelly french fries, kids yelling.They were not calling my name. I had to go personally in the doctor's office for a visit. Then I had my visit. Now I'm in another clinique, heuresement. Bonne chance.

I went in yesterday to check my shoulder because it hurts to the point where I can't sleep, and she prescribed me naproxen, which I'm already on, and said if it's not healed in FOUR WEEKS to come back for 'a shot of a needle'
