Medical clinic Ste-Dorothée

The staff was friendly and understanding. The reception was very kind and told me to come back since I arrive early for my appointment. She didn’t want me to wait around since there was still a lot of people ahead of me. The nurse was nice, she didn’t speak English well but she tried to give me information. The doctor Eric was very nice and concern about my health. Overall experience, I like this walk in clinic compare to others I been to in Montreal, LaSalle, Laval, Lachine.

I have a gyno appointment with Dr Caroline Desjardins. She was very professional, kind, gentle and very efficient. She made sure to do everything in 1 appointment so I didn't have to go back. While no one really enjoys gynocology appointments, it was a great experience.

showed up at 710am. they open 8 . not too many people..about 16 to see the reception reception has not opened yet.. .. waiting half hour, lined up to see reception only to be told were full already and whoever does not have a # go home and receptionist refused me . . to the admins of this clinic mention to the people waiting on chairs you are full more then once so they dont have to wait like this for no reason.. instead of when they line up at the reception.. this will also avoid angry people confronting the receptionist...you have papers on signs saying to be courteous to staff you should also be courteous to the public. and a smile by the receptionist would also help...

Made an appointment for my husband online at Remdez vous Sante Quebec. Received a text message with confirmation.nWhen arrived at the clinic the secretary says that the appointment got canceled 2 min after I made it. I showed her the messages I received with confirmation and no cancellation. She said they are full and that it’s not her problem that the system had a bug. My husband didn’t get to see a doctor and he has a severe bronchitis.nAbsolutely no compassion or human side approach to the situation. Didn’t even try to find a solution or give another appointment.

Today was my first time going to this clinic and I had to write my story here. Last week I lost hearing in my left ear, went to a hospital and after 6 hours wait and seeing 2 doctors they didn't know what the problem was. The hospital perscribed ear drops and referred me to see a specialist. Yestarday, one week later and still no appointment made to see a specialist, still with no hearing in my left ear, I went to another hospital. They didn't clasify it as an emergency but made me an appointment to this clinic the very next day, which was today. I was early and didn't wait long before I saw the nurse and 5 minutes later the doctor saw me. After a few tests, she knew what the problem was and after another 15 minutes I had my hearing back to normal. So after 2 hospitals, 2 other doctors and one nurse who didn't know the problem, and without hearing in one ear, these people restored my hearing back to normal in a matter of minutes! They were extremely professional, well experienced, worked fast, and I couldn't be amy more grateful for the care that I received at this clinic. Honestly, I am 50 years old and have never received better care in my life than what I have received from this clinic. I highly recomend this clinic and am extremely grateful to them. Thank you again.
