Medical clinic Ste-Dorothée

This clinique doesn't even deserve a 1 star but its the lowest I can go. I had pain in my left knee and the doctor prescribed pain killers after 5 days the pain was still there, went back. The same doctor sent me to do an MRI, I went private paid 700.00. The MRI clinic said the doctor will have the results in 2 days. I call the clinic after 2 days to make an appointment with the doctor that saw me 2 times before. The receptionist that answers the phone said that I NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT with my family doctor! I said what!! She would not make an appointment for me. She said that she would fax the results to my family doctor, Today after 2 months appointment with family doctor I saw my doctor and he said he never received anything. And my knee is still in pain! I paid 700.00 to get results for an MRI and after 2 months, out of 700.00 and family doctor still doesn't have results!! Stay away from this clinic if you need more than a cough syrup or antibiotic!!

I had an appointment from Bonjour Santé to this clinic in less than 48hrs. Clinic is clean, and well organized. My appointment was at 2:30 and I met with the doctor at 2:35. The doctor Isabelle Croteau addressed both my problems immediately, and even proceeded to operate on something with the help of a nurse - on the spot! She could have asked me to come back or redirect me to another doctor/nurse, but she took the time to do it herself. It was very fast and efficient. Would recommend her and this clinic.

The doctor only published her appointment one month at a time. I call in december amd i get told to call back dec 11 for January appointment. I call dec 11 and i am told to call the next day as the doctor has not opened her appointment yet. I called the next day at 9.55am 55 mij after opening ALLLLL appoitnments are gone and i am told to call back in january for feb appointment !! This is ridiculous! Staff has told me that they already shared their feedback that this system does not work well and nothing has changed. The doctors are really selfish by using the system.

Not a good experience at all with doctor Boustany.. Very rude doctor, didn’t take the time to give me a check up and looked annoyed the whole time. Didn’t even really listen to my concerns just wanted me to get out. No listening to breathing, no checking of the ears, had to literally beg for a blood test referral. Not impressed at all shouldn’t be treating clients like that

The staff was friendly and understanding. The reception was very kind and told me to come back since I arrive early for my appointment. She didn’t want me to wait around since there was still a lot of people ahead of me. The nurse was nice, she didn’t speak English well but she tried to give me information. The doctor Eric was very nice and concern about my health. Overall experience, I like this walk in clinic compare to others I been to in Montreal, LaSalle, Laval, Lachine.
