Imagix - Radiologie Chomedey

I had a horrible experience at this clinic. I was told to be there at 7:20 multiple times and the elevator and stairs were both blocked and not working upon my arrival. I was told to drink 4 big glasses of water 75mins before my exam and had to wake up before 6am to do so.I'm diabetic and can't hold my pee for hours like regular people can and they said well you are going to have to even tho it's literally impossible for me and it hurts so much. Once they finally opened around 7:40 there was a huge line of people waiting and it took over 20 mins to get seen by someone at the reception only to be told that they can't do it anymore because I couldn't hold my pee anymore and went to pee. I was going to pee all over their floors if I didn't go to the bathroom. I don't understand why they would tell me to arrive at 7:20 if nobody is there and the building is literally impossible to enter until 7:40. I tried explaning my situation to the front desk and kept being told to just make a complaint and that there's was nothing to be done about it. That they are already aware that it's not okay and have had multiple complaints but still choose to continue this way. This to me is truly not a humane way to treat people who are already scared and suffering from a condition. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

The worst, they'll make u wait 3 hours, let other people pass before u, calling it emergency when it's not, when u say smth they'll be rude, the actual person who does the scan is good, but the receptionist is trash, so rude to sick pple. Can u imagine? Someone is sick, by herself & u r rude to her & make her wait.nCruelty

First time coming to Imagix Chomedey 1h drive. 20min after my appointment time the technician decides she cannot do the assesment despite the fact I followed the I instructions given. She asked me to rebook in a different clinic not Imagix where she also works??!! I propose to wait and retry to do the assesment today given the time it took me to 1 get the appointment online 2 drive to Chomedey 3 wait to be passed. She refused claiming they are overbooked. Zero empathy for patients, clearly stressed and overworked medical personnel. 2 stars only for the receptionist who try to do their job the best they can.

Easy access to schedule appointments, plenty of parking, appointment time was respected, office environment was very clean, easy access. Staff was professional, courteous, ponctual.nAll in all a positive experience. I am very comfortable in recommending this company.

Waited one hour yesterday for an xray until they told me the technician wasn't going to show. Came back today for a simple x ray and have been waiting 2 and a half hours and counting. I was told it would take an hour. What a waste of.people's time. Very unpleasant experience
