Zero Star!! The requisition for X-ray was send by my dr to their central fax. I called to verify if they had received. I got confirmation. Once there the receptionist didn’t find it lost case then the technician came extremely rude said they didn’t have it & even after finding she refused to do the X-ray. They refuse to give names. I’ve reported the situation to their supervisor by email. Real unprofessional team 12/12 @3:30pm.
