They did their best to help me despite the obstacles of language barriers and lack of medical records within the province. I am grateful that I got an appointment here :

Worst walk-in clinic in the Quebec region. In most clinics we make a walk-in appointment the day before and we arrive relatively on time, but here I have been waiting for 2 hours!! My appointment was 2 hours ago!!! It's terrible. I think they consciously try to let people suffer as long as possible so they don't come back. I would be curious to know how many people have died in the waiting room while waiting to receive care.

Very satisfied with my pregnancy follow-up with Dr. Prévost!nnExtremely competent doctor, attentive and who manages to foresee complications in advance in order to control/treat them before they arrive.nnI wish all future mothers to have the chance to have pregnancy monitoring like the one I experienced!

Last night, I managed to have an appointment with Dr for my son online. I received the confirmation via email and text message too. We are from Ste-Foy, there are no places available near us, so I was happy to have an appointment at the Promenades clinic, even if it is 20 minutes away by car one way. I canceled all my stuff for Sunday morning, because I have an appointment at 9:20 am. Sunday morning at 8:22 I received yet another confirmation that we had an appointment with Dr. We arrived at the Clinic a few minutes early. Madam at the counter told me that my appointment was canceled, Dr was absent. How so? Why hadn't anyone informed me? No respect for the customer! I'm not happy with the service, it should be better!
