I just called to follow-up on an appointment for my son, who is on a waiting list for a hearing test. I had called several months ago and was told I would probably get an appointment in July. Since it was much longer, I just wanted to inquire. The receptionist was so unbelievably rude => she even hung up on me at the end of the conversation! The conversation consisted of me asking about the status, and her replying aggressively and rudely that they weren't taking any patients and not seeing anyone on the waitlist because their audiologist went on maternity leave. So I replied, "OH! I didn't know, ok, I'm glad I called." She then cut me off and aggressively replied that nobody was being seen, etc....and I said, no, I understand, just that I would have found an alternative since he needed to be tested before school....and she hung up. REALLY? I would think that since they didn't have the common courtesy to call people on the waitlist to let them know that they were going to be waiting forever, they could at least be polite. Maternity and emergencies happen it happened to me and that's all good, but my gosh!!? Why would the receptionist need to be so rude? What a horrible person. I certainly will be letting people know that if they need to go there, don't expect sunshine from a disgusting human like that.
After 6 month waiting , my son hearing test got canceled due to the doctor was not feeling well, and they never called me back again . I approached to this clinic after 2month , they told me they don’t offer this service to kid anymore . Wasting my half year for nothing!!!!! No responsibilities, if you stop the service please call all the kids on your waiting list !! There are parents are still waiting for the service , and they need to be informed! don’t go to this clinic.
My husband had an appointment and got sick so he missed it. He didn't call because he was asleep. Got a call from a super rude lady who said "was there a reason we weren't called?" I said I didn't know. She said, in a very irritated manner, "well just call back sometime to reschedule I GUESS." I understand it's frustrating when you don't call to cancel but the attitude was not necessary when my husband was already having a horrible day. Will be finding another place.
Dennis is one of the most professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure to come across! His service is absolutely top notch! Definitely recommended!

We get there, for my daughters hearing test. they tell us 1 parent only because of covid restrictions. What restrictions are these?? My wife and my child all live together with me. We are all vacinated for covid and yet its 1 parent only. No logic what so ever. And also. The staff is not even wearing mask.
Went today with my 2 year old. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. She even brought toys for my son to play with. As for the audiologist who tested my son, she was very patient and kind. She took the time to ask all the appropriate questions and really listened to our answers.
We went for a full hearing evaluation for our 3 year old with special needs. They were unable to do the full evaluation due to the fact that our 3 year old was uncooperative. They told us, no problem come back another time at no charge. Well guess what we go back do the rest of the test and then bam charged again. They informed us that each appointment needs a charge. My wife didn't have the energy to argue it for $80. Super supportive of parents of children with special needs sarcasm. The public system is bad enough with their wait times, but then the private sector double dips because they couldn't do it properly the first time. How about train your people to deal with young children. Or better yet, just tell us you don't offer the service.
This place is highly recommended great service and people in the front are extremely helpful specially Devika and Hema. Thank you for the great service.
The Pointe Claire store was terrific. My Hearing aids were verified, fine tuned on a regular basis. The technology is complicated. The staff there took steps to explain all the steps before & after the sale......from the initial hearing test, an MRI-style exam of both ears at a hospital & 2 sessions to choose & fit the equipment............. I have no issues with this company.
