Aerobics Room
Our aerobics room is a spacious 2,400 square foot room designed to accommodate group exercise classes with mirrored walls, rubber suspended wood floors and a stereo system. More than 40 classes are offered each week, including kickboxing, pilates, step and yoga. Learn more about our group fitness classes.
Aquatics Area
Featuring a 25 meter lap pool with 6 lanes, our aquatics area is the perfect place for swimming and aquanastics. This area also includes a whirlpool, steam room and sauna.
Cardiovascular
Treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, steppers, climbers, rowing machines, versa climbers and Stairmasters top the list of over 100 pieces of cardiovascular equipment that are available at the Cleveland Fitness Club. This variety allows members to keep workouts fresh and challenging, while the quantity reduces or eliminates waiting times altogether. Multiple televisions are installed throughout our cardiovascular fitness areas for in-workout viewing.
Free Weights
Fulfill your free weight training needs in our 4,400 square foot Free Weight Room. It offers a full range of equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, racks, benches and more. Hammer Strength equipment is also available to develop proper technique and offer a spotter-free workout.
Gymnasium
Built with suspended wood floors, this multi-purpose area offers 6 regulation baskets and two courts for basketball. Volleyball setups are also available upon request.
Indoor Track
Our track is the perfect alternative to a treadmill and offers 3 rubber cushioned lanes for walking or jogging (12–14 laps per mile).
Nautilus
With 4,800 square feet and more than 70 pieces of equipment, we have organized our Nautilus area into key body groups to help members efficiently and effectively tone and build strength. Our equipment includes top names such as Cybex, Med-X, Body Masters, Nautilus, Universal and Life Fitness.
Racquetball
The Cleveland Fitness Club has two regulation glass courts built with suspended wood floors. There is a minimal fee for racquetball. Learn more about our rates.
Spinning Room
Among the largest in the area, our spin room contains 28 spin cycles and has its own stereo system. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, we invite you to join our instructors for one of our weekly classes. Spin is an intense yet fun cardiovascular workout that will help you burn calories and tone muscles in your mid and lower body. Learn more about our spin classes.
Wrestling Room
This room features wall-to-wall wrestling mats that help create the ideal place for sit-ups, stretching, jump rope, yoga and more.
Women's Fitness Room
The Cleveland Fitness Club offers a separate workout area for those women who prefer to engage in a complete weight workout with more privacy and less intimidating surroundings. A selection of weights, steps, stability balls and more are available for use.
Group Fitness Classes
The Cleveland Fitness Club proudly offers a variety of group fitness classes for everyone! Challenging yet fun, these classes provide a great alternative to individual exercise. So bring a friend and try something new. Our enthusiastic instructors will keep you motivated and coming back for more!
Flow Yoga
If you like a challenge but within your individual need this is the class for you! You will flow into a series of postures using your breath at a steady but calm pace. Thru these movements you will promote the strengthening of the muscles and joints of the body in a kinder and gentler way, along with gaining flexibility, focus and balance of the mind, body and breathe creating an overall tranquility.
Spinning
This class is "geared" towards athletes, fitness enthusiasts and anyone who wants to get a great workout while having a lot of fun. It is a low-impact, fast-paced group cycle class that effectively tones the upper and lower body while building endurance and cardiovascular efficiency. Although the class and the music are high-energy and intense, new-comers can easily pace themselves. Bring water, a towel and a smile
TNT Kettlebells — There's No Tomorrow
Kettlebells, which look like a cannonballs with suitcase handles, date back to 18th century Russia, where they were used as training tool by strong men and members of the Russian military. Kettlebell training provides an optimal form of exercise that will challenge cardiovascular endurance along with building strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. It is geared toward those that want a high intensity workout in a short amount of time. This workout burns fat rapidly and works all of the major muscle groups.
Water & Weights
A water aerobics class designed for all ages and all fitness levels. Aerobics in the water adds no stress to the knees, hips or back. Using equipment like water weights, noodles and bands makes this class challenging and fun.
Zumba
A Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements for a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness exercise! A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic fashion. The steps are easy to follow and work your gluteals, legs, arms, core, abdominals and heart!
