Awesome shopping experience and customer service from Karen! I walked in to this store for a specific style in mind, got exactly what I wanted with the help of Karen. I left the store with 5 items and smiles all over my face. I went back 2 weeks after not expecting to find another specific item, Karen was there again so happy to help, pleasantly surprised to get way better quality of what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store, awesome customer service and product quality. This will be now my go-to-store. Thanks to Karen!

I can usually find something that fits nice and is unique. They usually offer discounts. Heidi is very helpful and wonderful! The parking is free. Thank you!

Better late than never - a big shout out to Cleo Ricki's - I had to get an outfit for a recent funeral and the ladies at Cleo Ricki's in Aurora were amazing. I was in and out in 45 min. I tired on 1 pair of dress pants, 3 dresses, 8 tops and 1 skirt. Came out with a lovely outfil. They really helped make a horrible situation bearable. They certainly have excellent customer service and are very caring young ladies.
