The rep who signed us up lied to us about the flexibility with their service and failed to mention their contract is for 5 years. They will not let you out of it early, no matter what the rep promises you, so my advice is to not sign in the first place. He also didn’t provide us with or even show us the 2nd page of the contract. I didn’t even know there was a second page until I came across one online while trying to figure out how to get out of their contract. We have received mats that are dirtier than the ones they took away. We used to get a 3x15” mat and many times they didn’t have a new one to replace our old one with. Sometimes the mats have been smelly and once they didn’t come and replace it for a whole week, even though customer service said someone would come that day. One mat had a small piece missing on the edge of the mat. They have raised their prices on us by unreasonable amounts, within months of signing the contract. I have never been so unhappy with another company’s service and I hope my review can save someone else from the grief that we have had to deal with.

Lies, lies, lies. I wanted to cancel the service a few months after the service began and they threatened a $5700 lawsuit in order for us to payout the rest of the contract. Contract? Oh right, they forgot to mention that. STAY AWAY.

very bad company and they are doing fraud . never never make a contract with them. if you buy each 2 weeks a set of carpet is more cheaper to have them clean it for you. their Representative give you false info and the contract is very bad.

Best company ever, saved me so much time and money on some of the things. Don't mind paying an extra 50c for a beautiful dispensing systems in all of my facility.
