We first went to Canabee to look at the strollers, and we found a bugaboo that suited our needs. They were very helpful, and we have gone back for many of our other baby gear needs, they always seem to have the right brands, the right selection and are very helpful helping you chose the brand that best suits your needs.

Terrible service!! Blond girl working was so rude I felt uncomfortable being there and left promptly after picking up my online order, even though I had planned on looking around and buying more. Other people working were just silent and expressionless. I sent a complaint to the company and never got a response, I guess they don't care about customer experience. In a baby store, service and knowledge is so important.

I've shopped at Canabee in Markham before, worst experience ever. I've shopped at this location before and my experience was a lot better. The most recent time I visited this location though my experience was terrible. This is obviously a predominantly Asian store, but this time there was a white lady working, and when I walked in she was cashing out a customer. I politely asked where the washroom was as we drove a long way to get to the store, she asked me to wait one moment, which was fine. Then one moment turned into about 10+ minutes where she proceeded to talk to this customer and was being very friendly. She then brought me to the washroom which she could have easily pointed out instead of making me wait 10 minutes. After I was looking around the store, she did not care to ask if I needed any help, rather stayed behind the counter on the computer. I'm assuming because my sister and I (who I came with) look young she assumed I wasn't going to buy anything or that I couldn't afford it. I say this because she was very friendly to the other customer, but not to us. As well, when I checked out she did not care to ask if I had a membership which you have to spend a certain amount to get. She simply assumed I did not have one when in fact I do. The service at this chain is actually so horrible that I wish I could never come here. The only reason I even come is because they sell a lot of Asian based products that other stores don't sell.

This is a much smaller location than the Markham one. We went looking for a nursing chair and they only had one. Save yourself a trip and go to Markham.

Really terrible customer service. I have tried to shop at this store over 3 times and each time we are barely greeted at the door and receive no customer service. Wouldn't recommend.
