Booked a same day appointment for wash and style on a Saturday. I was really happy they had one knowing how busy Saturday can be. Got there right on time and hair stylist was waiting for me. She washed my hair and conditioned my hair and massaged my scalp. I told her the idea I had in mind. It was a muggy day so she added products to help keep the style. As she was curling my hair she burned with the curling iron. She said "sorry babe" and continued on with the style. She later mentioned she will get me some aloe vero gel and that I should ice it when I get home. At the time of payment I thought I'd get a least another sorry or possibly a marginal discount to show sign of good customer service. I had to mention the aloe vera gel to her. Needless to say I didn't get another sorry or a small discount. Style lasted a whole hour and then flopped completely. Never going back and thought people should know. Picture taken day of and two days later.
I get my hair cut and coloured regularly by Jordon Turner. I've had many stylists over the years and honestly, he's the best in this industry. I get many compliments for my hair all thanks to Jordon! <3Services: Hairstyling
I had the worst experience ever with stylist Helen Nguyen. No matter what I told her I want she would do the opposite. A couple of months ago, I came to have my hair dye blond. I got it brown. After half an hour of arguing with her, she fix it and did good job after all. Two weeks ago, I asked for long bob. She cut my hair straight , no shape of any kind 2 minutes job. I called a week after to fix the cut. She was mad and chopped my hair to a very bad 70 look. Chopped so short that no one could fix it. Disgraceful. Disgusting. In my opinion, this lady has very poor listening skills, very rude, very angry, and very gossipy. I do not recommend her to anybody. So disappointed . Stay away from herService: Long haircut

Hands down the best colourist I’ve ever had. I have been to a million salons and had a million colourists and Jordon has been by far my favourite. The colour, the cut, the style has always been better than I even imagined. Thank you Darlin!!! You always know exactly what I want without me having to tell you. Booked an appointment online. Stylist didn't show up. Edited to add he did contact me to attempt to make ammends, but it was a time sensitive appointment before a flight. Also, the online booking system apparently only directs to one stylist, the other stylist that was actually at the salon was confused and said they don't offer online booking. Super weird.
Andrea understood what I wanted and was meticulous in her approach. She was so detail oriented and precise that I thought I was getting a cut from a surgeon. Will definitely go there again.
Service, Service, Service! Coming into the salon, I received a very warm welcome from the stylists. I'm pretty sure every person working in the salon acknowledged me with a warm hello, they all made me feel very welcomed. Great service, attention to detail and excellent hairdressing in a friendly & up beat enviroment. I cant believe it's been 5 years since I first started getting my haircut by Hugo. I have been seeing Navkiran for my eyebrows for 2 years now. She runs her 4 Angels Beauty Care Inc. here. Every time I see her she does the most lovely job. The symmetry she does for the eyebrows enhances the best qualities of all her customers face shapes. She helps me look and feel my best when we are finished. Her kindness to all her customers is a special touch to each visit. She is caring, genuine,smart and I highly recommend her to anyone. I am so fortunate to have found her in Vancouver!
Polite over the phone while booking. Offered beverages on arrival. Took AGES to cut my hair making sure everything was perfect. Really took care and seemed passionate about making sure I got a good cut. Wash and shampoo. This all came to $45. I’ve been charged way more by so called trendy barber shops and had a way worse experience. Well worth the money. UPDATED: Really sad that I’ve had to update my review. After having a great first visit I tried booking another appointment. The first call I rang a few times, got no answer, and so left a voicemail. I received no call back for a week. I tried a second time and managed to get through. The receptionist seemed very confused with my request for an appointment. Not sure why. I eventually spoke with the stylist as the phone was handed over. They quite bluntly cut me off as I explained I wanted a haircut and told me to leave my number so they could call me back. I gave my number and tried explaining I didn’t get a call back last time but they just hung up. Very strange. So I waited and to my shock I didn’t get a call back. I wait several days and called for a third time but after a number of attempts got no answer. After my previous two attempts I decided not to leave a message and resided to the fact I’d have to go elsewhere. Very disappointing.
