I contacted the salon about a week ago, asking to have my and my mum’s hair straightened for an upcoming wedding. the team responded very quickly and efficiently. we had our appointment today and the stylists were incredibly kind and friendly, and the service was excellent! Both me and my mum love our hair, and we even got tips from the stylists about ensuring the hair lasts and general haircare tips. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, I will definitely go again next time I’m in Vancouver!

I was looking for an experienced professional hair braider and I was super grateful to connect with Ammerose Hair Salon.  Isatou was able to assess my hair type, and give me some options for getting my hair braided, based on some pictures and some samples of hair styles that I was inspired by, on Instagram.  They took a deposit to secure my appointment, and on the day of my appointment, Isatou did my hair! The braids look amazing as you can tell from my photos and I would recommend all of my friends to support this local business.  Isatou really know what she is doing, they give super honest suggestions, and provide amazing service! I messaged the salon and managed to get in the next day, after a last min cancellation!  The quality of the braids are incredible, the best I have ever had so far!!! Isatto is an amazing stylist and made feel so comfortable and at ease! Get your braids done here if you want top quality braids!! I would 10/10 recommend this place!!! They did my locs so well after 6months without treatment. The staff are so polite and patient with you. And for a bonus Vee gives you tips on how to well maintain your locs, she told me what products to use on them and they do detox if you want to deep wash your dreadlocs as well as fix the thin/broken locs!! This was my second time attending Ammerose Hair Salon. Always a pleasure and great atmosphere to be surrounded by wonderful people. Kenta did an amazing job re-twisting my dreadlocks as they weren't in a good condition coming in. I would definitely recommend getting a re-twist and free-consult with them.Service:&nbsp;Dreadlocks

I had an appointment booked elsewhere that got cancelled very last minute. I managed to find Ammerose Salon online and within 30 min they had reached out  and booked me in for the following day. I went 3 weeks ago to braid my hair and they were really friendly since the first moment. I called to ask about their availability and they were super nice and willing to help me, the service was really professional and their prices are fair. I recommend it 100%!Service:&nbsp;Braids

I absolutely loved my experience at Ammerose Hair Salon! V has the most gentle hands my scalp has ever encountered and she made me feel so comfortable, chatting away as if we had known each other for decades!  I will definitely be coming back for the maintenance of my locs!
