I have been coming to Classy Claws for almost 5 years now, and I will never go anywhere else! Bee is a nail magician and always makes my crazy ideas come to life, in the most perfect way. Not to mention, each and every one of the nail techs here are incredible at their craft! THEY CAN DO ANYTHING! After a lot of research and following this salon on multiple social media accounts, I decided to save up and make an appointment. I am beyond disappointed with my experience. I booked with the cheapest tech, my design was VERY simple, one colour and a couple small hearts on 2 fingers and the total was around $150!! Wth. The overall experience was TERRIBLE. 6 of my fingers are STILL bleeding the day after. She squeezed the gel onto my skin so hard the skin under my nails and on the sides is squished and deformed it hurts to move. Over an hour of my time was wasted between my tech and the other techs there laughing, sharing stories and interrupting nails to watch tik toks, the tech also VAPED at the desk!! If you have severe asthma please don’t not go here!! Edit: there is also SO much gel under my nail that she didn’t clean up!!

Bee and her staff are in their own league when it comes to creating exquisite nail extensions with nail art that’s incomparable. Service received: manicure and pedicure 2 star rating for the following reasons pro: the ambience was nice. I did reach out to support, and they advised I come back for the nails to be fixed, but given that it's not possible to for me get there in time for a repair, my set would be too old. They also suggested I can glue back the gems that fell off, which wasn't an option as I don't know when and where they fell off. Pedicure: -My nails were not cared for like in other pedicures I have received. Toenails were filed to uneven shapes and sizes. -Having a very mild ingrown toenail- that only bothers me when my nails are long was not tended to just needed to be cut -I had a design with gems, and a couple have come off in under a 2 week span. Manicure -prep was good, I liked the shape. Placement of stones was great -service was called Russian manicure- which it was not -being less than a week in, a gem fell off, this had a domino effect on the other gems -the polish started cracking, but still stuck to my nail. I think a couple more layers of polished would have made my natural more sturdy. The cracks started forming on other nails as well- it did not look good. Overall, would not recommend given the price and how quickly my nails started to fall apart.Services: Manicure

I started going here because I have been following classy claws since the beginning on ig and have always wanted to go. When the location moved to hastings which is closer to me, I thought I’d give it a shot. I booked with Honorine and she is the absolute sweetest, takes time to make sure everything is perfect, and as amped my nail game to a whole level. Everyone here is so freaking nice and you can totally feel the love and family bond here. Not to mention getting greeted by lil miss Trouble is always a perk. I love that Bee gets to see the majority of her employees work before they head out the door to make sure we leave feeling like absolute baddies, no matter if it’s a plain or an absolute blinged out set.

I’m Clinet in classy for long time and spend so much money there but they not respect you at all the new stuff they are really rude they write really bad Caption on the pic they took it for there page I tried to talk to the owner but she didn’t want to talk looks like Clinet for her it’s not important because she have so many customers the girl she did my nail she cut my skin and my nail was bleeding but still she didn’t even bring me anything To clean it and still she was so aggressive to me I’m really mad because as Clinet there I want to someone listen to me and fix the problem but they didn’t she was to busy … I think as owner of business you have to make sure everything it’s perfect for your Clinet because you charge a lot and Clinet need same experience she didn’t even massage my feet and ask it her she told me I did it with your mask !!! Classy claws is THE BEST! My luxury celebrity quality sets are a HUGE part of my life/character and personality now . ANY ideas I have they deliver ... BEE is an angel from heaven and is an absolute master of her trade .. If you want the best of the best book an appointment . As a customer client for over 7 years I can not express enough how incredible My every 3 week nail experience is . BLESS XX

I had a great experience the first 2 times coming here. The third time I came for a acrylic fill, 5 nails broke within the first week. They all broke at where the end of my real nail meets the acrylic They all broke with tiny pressure and they all broke the exact same way. Week 2, a 6th nail broke and this was my 3rd visit to get nails fixed… not including the first 2 visits to get nails fixed… because this happened after the first week, I had to pay $10+tax…. I was not pleased.

Arguably a higher quality salon as far as nails go in Vancouver area, however I will NOT return I would rather get a 20$ manicure in the west end and get a disease than be a patron of this salon. The owner is sooo incredibly insufferable, and disrespectful- I was so uncomfortable and shocked with how the owner and my nail technition “bee” was treating her employees and as new customer/ client of this salon I’m totally unbiased and I couldn’t wait to leave. The Salon is asthetically pleasing but the lack of professionalism towards employees and customers was disgusting. Please do better. I hope that her employees will find a different space where their talents will be respected and appreciated!!
