Quite simply, the best Salon in Vancouver. The salon itself is bright, airy, spotless and welcoming. The staff are top notch, making it impossible to get a less than perfect result. All the latest products and techniques. I have been a client since its inception and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere!
I had to write a really nice one as she had scissors in her hand while I typed...LOL! Just joking. I love this salon and adore the owner even more who is my stylist. Jeanine. She takes care of me like I’m a rock star. I always leave better than when I came in, physically and mentally! However she needs her roots done!
Sutro is super fantastic. I’ve been coming to Jeanine for years. She provides a much needed chance to slow down. I love the creative snacks, thoughtful reading selection and of course, leaving with the best cut and color in the whole of Vancouver.
Had a great experience here with Laura. Relaxed, professional atmosphere, fantastic haircut and she was so friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely go back!
Laura has done my hair a few times now and I'm always really happy the result, does exactly what I ask for. I'd definitely recommend booking in with her!! She's lovely to have the chats with as well which is always a bonus
Easy location to get to, just off Broadway Canada line. Lovey atomosphere in the salon, the girls were very welcoming. Laura absolutely nailed my colour and cut! Head massage was an absolute treat! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
What a warm and welcoming place. Was accommodated last minute very graciously and had a beautiful blow out. Appreciated the very professional staff and how great Kara made my hair look.
