I was going through a rough time with having rolled my truck in 2016 and the broker I had dealt with, Tracy C. Was so understanding, helpful, patient and actually supportive. I Would have given 5 stars but Tracy was in the process of moving and somewhere along the line... ClaimsPros cheque to the bank ....bounced.... it was cancelled for some reason.... never found out until 3 years later when I try for a another truck loan and find out I'm in debt the the bank $24000. Probably doesnt happen often, but I call a string of miscommuncation the cause. Still hoping to get this dealt with Nov. 2019

Quite the operation. Trying to collect for work performed from this company since 2014. No return emails or calls. If ever they call for you to do work make sure you are paid before you do the work.

Great company to deal with.
