Terrible place do not go here!! The owner ruined my clothes and refuses to do anything about it. Says not her problem. But it is. I left my property with her and my clothes were ruined while with her and her business. She sends the clothes to be cleaned but it's still her responsibility to take owner ship when something happens. Mistakes happen I understand that we are all human but as a business owner you have to make things right for your customer. I have put in a complaint with the better business bureau and can see from the other reviews this isn't the first time this had happened! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OWNER AND HER BUSINESS!

I dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned. When I tried to pick it up it was badly damaged and it looks like heat or chemical burns on the pants and vest. I spoke to the owner, she denied any fault and said she sends them out to be dry cleaned. Then continued to argue that they have never done this in 2 years, and she thinks my suit was old when it came in, and other red herring arguements. The bottom line I told her is she offered me a service to clean my suit and while it was in her custody it was ruined. I asked her what she would do about it she said she will talk to the cleaner she sends it to. I gave her 2 weeks, no reply. I came back and she had done nothing. She called the cleaner and then told me I needed to give her the receipt for the suit. I don't have the original reciept and I don't see why she would need that. I told her where I purchased the suit and she has the suit as I did not collect it. I told her that if I did not here back from her by the 23rd of December, I would be filing a complaint. I have heard nothing.

Amazing staff. She is wonderful. Always pleasant and smiling. Clothes are sent away and returned very promptly. Love this place!!!

WORST JOB DONE EVER! Ruined my winter jacket, appearance of a 15 year old jacket, threads hanging everywhere, the buttons looked melted, they are now loose and scratched. The company doesn't wash the stuff there - instead they send them somewhere else and then they refuse to take responsibility of the damages. They didn't wanted to refund for what I pay to "wash my jacket". Also my jacket was full of pet hair.

I brought in a dress to have the chest taken in. What I have now cannot even be worn without pants, no longer a dress, completely ruins the outfit. Very unimpressed with my first experience with this tailor.
