Great Service and Great People! My experience dealing with Unifirst and it's people has been a positive one. Although we're a relatively small client for them, they pay attention to our requests and treat us with respect. For instance, we had an issue with two of our mats and they immediately replaced them that very same day! Every interaction we've had with any of the Unifirst employees and managers has made us realize that we are dealing with a company whose culture is not solely driven by profit.

I have been using UniFirst for some time now and am happy with the service they provide. As no one is perfect there are on occasion some hiccups but it is how these situations are dealt with that matter. UniFirst has taken care of any concern I have raised in a timely and very satisfactory manner.

We use Unifirst for all of our janitorial supplies and toiletries. We get great service from our driver Barry. He knows what we need even before we do! We highly recommend using this company if you are not doing so yet!
