Just like ICBC or the border patrol they are not here to provide you with exceptional customer service. I'm sure they get yelled at all day for just doing their job and that reflects in the way they treat people coming in.

Obviously it's an impound lot, so it's not a pleasant place to have to go, so my rating is not based on that. The staff are not, in my experience (2x unfortunately), pleasant or helpful. When I was there last there were two people there (2 windows). The lady at the first one was on the phone, saw me, but made no effort to acknowledge me. The second one, then, he seemed annoyed to have to deal with anyone at all and asked questions without any please or thank you. When I paid I was just waved dismissingly into the lot and when I asked where my car was the curt reply was, "well go look for it."

Took my car with child seat. Left toddler and mom stranded in rain. No coat or carseat. Advised to put child in cab without carseat. It is MY JOB to keep MY CHILD SAFE. Carseat safety is #1. Cash grab by City of Vancouver. I spend my entire life trying to keep my child safe and you "advise" me to put him in a cab without a car seat? Car accidents happen. Would you assume full responsibility for him if injured? Nope I would. I would also end up in a mental health institution if something happened to him based on your unsolicited and UNSAFE advice. No solutions. Just pay up! Apparently according to traffic officer it is okay if she parks there. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is horrific. CHILD SAFETY TRUMPS CASH GRABS. Busters Towing and The City of Vancouver are a class act.

5/5 would unwillingly have my car towed here again! I dunno, it's hard to say something nice... Guess the staff is considerate. Especially since everyone there is angry and frustrated.
