An absolutely horrible experience. I waited in line for over 30 minutes to be told that they weren't offering all ages for swim lessons. I even called before to ask and was not told that they cancelled some of the classes. Why not at least put up a sign or update the registration form? Or better yet please update the website so that the information is available for everyone. The woman at the desk was not kind either.
Looking for a place to be able to picnic with our pets and was told by this department that there is no such place in the CDA area. Oh my! Looks like Coeur d Alene parks are not welcoming to pet owners who want to picnic. Lots of people traveling with pets now, hard to believe!
Beautiful, easy hike. Really enjoyed the views, had fun going on the different side paths. Would visit again if we are ever back!
Enjoyed it when my son played basketball but when I wanted to sign him up for soccer he couldn't unless I was going to coach. granted I was late registering
Unprofessional, disorganized, and lack of communication. Extremely disappointed. What a joke.
They are friendly and always helpful.
I love Cour d'Alene!
