I just went to City Brew on Grand and ordered a 20 oz. french vanilla latte, double shot and extra flavor. I hadn't tasted it until I had gotten home due to the temperature of it. When I did it had absolutely no flavor at all, but a slight hint of just coffee. not even vanilla. I expect when I pay $5 for a coffee that it is correct. The staff was friendly, as well as prompt. I normally wouldn't write a such a low review but this is the second time that this has happened.

Nice experience, a very nice counter girl bought our coffee.  A nice gesture and appreciated. Merry Christmas to all!

Coffee and a fireplace - yes please! I travel constantly and this team and management create an incredible experience. They connect and remember you, they seem to genuinely care to create a good experience. Refreshing people and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The capable, local coffee roaster's newest, upscale location brings a modern experience to the consistent quality of their Brew. Nice.

Love all the staff so friendly and knowledgeable!! Jayde does a phenomenal job at keeping such a giant store spotless and the staff is absolutely  lovely.
