Starbucks

Has always been my favorite one but lately my cold brew comes out with chunks in it. They say it’s due to it freezing… regardless it’s hard to drink and chunks shouldn’t be going in your mouth during a drink.

I went to get coffee this morning, ive only ever been to this location once before this morning. There's a gentleman who i've unfortunately had to have as my cashier/barista. He has absolutely no etiquette. Everytime i say thank you, or even talk to him he just gives me a blank stare. Tried scanning my phone like i had a coupon never said i did and when I realized the mis-communication, i apologized and he said nothing. I always make sure to say thank you and have a good day, both times he gives me a blank stare, not even a smile. I understand you don't owe everyone respect, but when you're getting paid to greet people maybe do your job:

I needed to share how pleased I always am with the Stabucks on Henesta Dr, in Billings, MT. I have a strange allergy and have always asked for a clean steamer mug to help limit allergic cross contamination. They have always with a smile gotten a fresh one and the individuals who have taken my order have even made sure to verbally chat with the batiste to ensure my drink was made safely. Today the young man who made my drink even went a step further without my asking and swapped out the steaming wand for a fresh clean one and cleaned underneath it as well. The care and caution this team takes is greatly appreciated!

Sadly, when I took a sip of what was supposed to be a Venti Peppermint White Mocha while driving home, it turned out to be a Venti Peppermint Mocha. Of course, at that point it was too late to go back because I was on the highway. Feeling disappointed on my birthday…

Nice atmosphere. Good to enjoy a cup of tea and get some work done. Always greeted when I walk in the door.
