Citizens Bank has the worst customer service that anyone could ever have. From mystery 30 dollar "Service fees" that pop up occasionally to charging overdrafts, and refusing to refund them, for accounts that were only overdrafted due to the banks mistake, this is a bank to avoid. This particular branch is no exception, I asked them to fix a problem that they caused and they told me that my voice was apparently too loud. It' was an obvious cop-out of responsibility, rather than just fixing the problem they caused, they prefer to just blame the customer even when the customer is blameless. Go to any bank other than this bank, and any branch other than this branch.
