The absolute worst banking experience I have experienced. I am a small business owner that transferred all my business to TD Bank because of Citizens horrible rates and inept service. If you love spending days on the phone stuck in automated ques or repeated trips to the branch trying to get one simple thing accomplished, you'll love Citizens Bank. They are all about trying to get your business but they fail to deliver in every way possible.
