Cinémas Guzzo

Broken seats, dirty rooms, none of the entertainment in the arcade section worked properly and they refuse debit only accept cash or credit. ATMs didn’t work either. The popcorn was old lady at counter said over 2 hours old it was a slow day so they didn’t make fresh. OverallnDisgusting experience,very disappointing.

How this places stays open is beyond me.nnIt's dirty, it stinks, the staff could not care less if you exist. The sound has been defective in the theater we've been since the beginning of the movie, no one to fix it.nnAvoid at all costs!

You really need to get more English content. For our family we have no choice but Cineplex Laval to watch movies in English. Watching movies with french voice overs just sound terrible.

It is not logical for a cinema theater not to have movies in English. I am bilingual but an American movie in french just doesn’t make sense and ruins the whole movie. Please be open minded and play both english and french like everyone else.

Already went to see a movie and the elderly lady boss mrs guzzo was screaming at young 15 year old girls working that they weren't running fast enough and not putting enough ice in the drinks! Very unprofessional and inhumane, Avoid at all costs !!
