No wonder all the these fakes names are fake. Please stay away from Ciel Nails And Spa you can see the names below are just to hide there real negative reviews. I went to Ciel after it was highly recommended to me, I wanted a set of nails put on, which was my first mistake. If they don't do false nails they should have told me and I would have happily gone elsewhere. Clearly the lady did not know what she was doing as everyone nail was a different length and shape. I left before the service was done but I did pay the full price $69. I had to go elsewhere to have this mess fixed up and when I tried calling them they obviously have call display and would not answer the phone. All in all I am hugely disappointed in this and would never recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!

Ugh! The owner Hannah is just UGH! Her face and attitude, is horrible. The owner Hannah started on my gel manicure, and kept dusting all the dust on me and got me so dirty. She then stopped doing my nails for like 20 min then had Tina do my nails. Tina did not know what i wanted and did not do a good job. Tina rushed and did a horrible job. She didn't even clean my nails up or anything. Ugh total waste of money. In the photo you can see how all the gel is lifting.

I had gone to Ciel a couple times in the recent past as I just moved to the area. The services are pricey, Hannah the so called BOSS thinks she is some queen. However the convenient location made up for it. Last time I went, I had called in advance to ask how much shellac manicure was, to make sure I had enough cash. After I had my service, it turned out that the person made a mistake on the phone and the service cost more. I was about two dollars shy and asked for $2 off since it was the staff's mistake. The manager jumped out and gave me an unnecessarily long and aggressive lecture on how it doesn't matter if they made a mistake, because even Pizza places don't give discounts if they make mistakes (??!!!) After I'd already paid by cc and tipped my lady, the manager was still talking! NEVER AGAIN!!! p.s. Note to the management: it is bad business to lose a client over $2.

Ceil is literally the best place ever! I have been coming here since they opened and I have never left disappointed! Thank you Hannah for the awesome Shallac manicure today! See you in 2 weeks !!! I would recommend this place forsure! (I even bring my dad here and he loves it )

I have been going to ciel since they opened their doors for business and I have NEVER had a bad experience. Not only is the place super clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Super accommodating and work very hard to make sure their clients are happy with their experience. Ciel is A+ I would recommend them any day! ! Thank you ciel for being awesome!
