INFINITY NAILS & SPA

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. First they told our group that they had time to do all of us, then they rushed the first 3 people and did a horrible job. They then refused to do our 4th person because she "didn't feel like it". Overall a horrible experience and I would give 0/5 if google let me.

Horrible service. My friend and I had appointments for 1:00pm. They took me first and had my friend wait until the second technician was available. At 1:30, the second technician became available but took another patient who came in shortly after their availability. They expected my friend and I to have the same technician do our nails one after the other when there was an open technician. Frustrated with the service, my friend went to a different nail salon, Golden Nails, who took her right away. Shortly after my friend left, another customer came in to get their nails done and a third technician came from the back to do their nails. My friend was not given service for no reason as there were 2 free technicians who chose not to see her. Again, horrible service. Never coming back.

Unprofessional and unorganized. They're always speaking in their language and one worker ripped/messed up my eyebrows. I would never recommend this place

this place is now called Infinity Nails, and I believe it's owned by viets, however they still try to get to know you and talk to you. I got a full set done, and after 3 months of refills, only one nail has ever came off! Went to so many places but I FINALLY found my go to and I couldn't be more happier. They have chrome as well, so I got that and tried something new. I don't think I'll ever be disappointed.

Poor service. I had an appointment at one and have now been waiting an hour and someone walked in and they put them ahead of me. Never coming back again.
