Polaris Nail & Spa

Polaris & Nail Spa is such a great place. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff are all so kind and hospitable. I truly felt as though I was being served rightly during my stay. They were extremely quick with reservations which was also a plus! The staff were also so helpful in suggesting absolutely beautiful colors for both the manicure and pedicure and I left the place feeling extremely taken care of and pampered. The finishing of the nails is also gorgeous and I am left an extremely satisfied customer.

The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly, as well as having nice decor and being spotlessly clean ( unlike many nail salons)! The staff is very nice and very helpful. They did a great job with my mani -pedi. I was the last appointment of the day and my appointment went past their closing time on a Saturday evening. Instead of trying to rush me out the door so they could go home, they insisted I spend more time under the nail dryer so that my polish would not get ruined. When one of my toenails looked a bit spoiled after drying , they happily redid the polish properly, with a smile. Definitely my favourite nail place!

If you are looking to get a set of fake nails, I absolutely do not recommend going to this nail salon. While the environment was nice and relaxing, and the technicians were friendly, they are not capable of or knowledgable about fake nails. I'm sure their standard manicures are wonderful, but my experience was not. It took close to two hours to do a full set, and my fake nails looked horrible. It also cost me $80, which is unheard of anywhere else in the area. When I went to get them fixed at another salon, they asked me if I had done them myself — that's how thick and uneven they were.

A very clean environment and super friendly staff. What I love is that they actually care about the health of your nail, unlike some of the last salons I'd been frequenting - and I've been getting manicures for 16 years: gel, solar, 3D, shellac, you name it. I highly recommend their services. Plus, they do more than just nails. I urge you to check them out
