CIBC Yaletown Branch

Took out $40 from the ATM then asked if I could get one of the notes broken into a $10 and 2x $5s, they said the didn’t have small change. No money at the bank.

Very nice, cooperative, and friendly staff, especially an advisor called Austin, and the manager, Aaron, who are supportive of clients...

Likely the least helpful bank branch you'll ever find yourself in.

Not a real branch. They have no tellers, only ATMs.

They recently renovated and changed the layout of the branch and now there are almost no people working there and they can barely help with any issues. Branch was great before and had full capabilities, don’t know why they’d change it.

Not just this branch, but all CIBC branches seem to be useless now. I came in to close a credit card and they said they would have to call customer service to do that. What is the point of even having a branch?

Worst bank ever. My paycheck has been on hold for 8 days. Called the customer service number to just wait 45 min in line for my drop to call
