Just don’t use it. Yes. You get a good saving rate but the bank is totally unreliable. Was depositing the down payment and transfer 7 business earlier but it was still delayed due to system issue. Paid 3000 cad penalty for that and tangerine takes zero responsibility for that.

I think Tangerine need recruit more staffs..

Good online banking software, probably best that I know of. Everything else is not really so good. Saving rates are not competitive since ScotiaBank took over, and wait times when calling them on the phone are long. They are accessible 7x24 on the phone, that is a good thing.

A great alternative bank. Customer service could be a little bit improved. But given the money I've saved in bank fees, I can;t complain much. I'd recommend Tangerine, and this branch!
