CIBC Branch & ATM

The worst managed bank in North America. They are extremely pushy with customers about making them to chose to use the machine instead of going to the teller. There is almost always one single teller working, making you wait half an hour to get your turn. Not much helpful with their other services as well. I have to drive rather to much further locations to avoid this branch.

I really hate going into CIBC Leaside Branch. Employees walking around all over the place, one, two or three asking if the can "help" you. But, usually only one teller working and a line up of customers waiting to do something that they cannot do at the instant teller machine. It took me 25 minutes to get to a teller today! Very, very frustrating.

There is something wrong with the way this branch organizes their employees. Few times we were there on a Saturday, it has been only one teller, a lineup and other employees coming up to each person in the queue to offer assistance BUT he/she cannot perform all the tasks of a teller. He/she will help you halfway or get what you need done in a round about way, which involves some manipulation of your account. This past Saturday they were particularly aggressive , each one of the 3 employees took turn coming to the same people in the lineup, very persistent. one Caucasian woman in particular was aggressive saying that we did not want her assistance but the people in the lineup already informed them that they needed them to be able to perform the tasks of a teller. She irritated us, we left the queue, performed half of what we needed at the ATM, then completed our banking needs at another bank. What is this with the aggressive mission to get people not use a teller?

Good customer service but there's only 1 or 2 teller only which leads to long waiting time

There were two tellers last week, all the complaints must have improved.
