Horrible customer service , I got there 20 mins before they closed and they were sitting at their desks with the door locked, I looked at the sign on the door and then the time and they just ignored me , they won't be getting my business

I can not take out a $200 loan because I am an orphan. I have never previously requested a loan from anywhere. I have never owed money to any institution. I don't like the idea of borrowing money or owning a credit card (I own a debit-credit card). I would rather just work hard, save my money, and buy stuff. I work across the street (literally) and provided bank statements (showing my pay), pay stub, gave them my financial and employment information including my managers phone #, etc. so I could hopefully borrow $200 for one week (until payday). I requested the loan because someone moved out of my rental house with no notice and left us with the bill. Venua Financial wanted "2 family references and 2 friend references" but my my mother and father split up when I was 1 year old, and my father (who raised me until I was 12) died before my 13th birthday; I was shipped from foster home to group home until I was old enough (16 years old) to move out on my own - which is what I did. I don't have any names or phone numbers from these foster parents (I'm 30 now) and so I was denied a loan. Furthermore, their computer/application systems were down when I walked in. I called ahead so I could gather all documents etc, and asked for an application form when I was on my lunch break, so I could save some time. I got off work at 3:30 and had promised to do some volunteer work at 5, so my time was limited. I was told over the phone that it only takes approx. 15 minutes to apply, but this took approx. 45 minutes. I was not impressed with a) the extra wait, b) the denial, or c) the whole experience. First and last time asking for a loan in the foreseeable future.
