I just open the account a few months ago and I had 4 errors on their side that required me to go to the branch each time. Add to this their superior attitude. Just don't go there if you can avoid. Use the ATM, but do not depend on the people on this branch.
Update 1: I went on the branch a few days ago and it was way better. I hope the service will improve.
Update 2: I closed my account. The reasons for closing was that I had to pay a $4.95 fee even if I was having 3k in my checking account. You need to have a salary coming too. The other reason was that I schedule a payment from the wrong account and I was slapped with a $45 fee. Even if I closed my accounts the internet authentication was still working. And with accounts closed, the history is deleted. Looking back, what I appreciated was the web interface, the fact that your debit card can be used for Visa payments (internet payments, or places where only Visa is accepted, but it is not a loan, it is from your checking account). I also liked the phone support. In the process of closing my account I lost another $4.95. But I was happy to cut the loses. Another thing that I apreciate is that people on the branch are getting better, but for my personal experience I feel it is not enough to add a star to this review.

Not the best service. I feel the staff lacks a bit of experience and i don't feel that when there is an issue that they take control. They ask to call their 1-800 number. I would think that the branch would do that work since it started at the branch. Considering going to another branch since it's not the first time i had some issues
