Worst experience waited 40 minutes in line and only one person serving all clients in line when there were 4 people working worst bmo ive been to and i tougth downtown was bad im still in line waiting when someone else shouldve of assisted

Long waits at calls services with no answers; no resolution at any branch either. This is, thus far, the worst bank i had the displeasure to deal with. Stay away from it.

I should read the review earlier.nThe worst branch I ever met, always only one clerk, no matter how long line and how long the customers waited. Find another branch to save your time.

Hello BMO customer, IMPORTANT NOTICE OF INCOMPETENCE AND POOR SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH!!!nWell, as I am about to write my precautionary review, I clearly realize that with the many negative reviews about this branch, I am really not the only one to have had very bad experiences!!!nI specifically want to warn you against advisor Marianne Riopel, who writes false statements and who has a great lack of honesty to protect the errors made from which you will have no recourse because, the director Kristel Comeau will make sure to cover everything up.nI really don't understand how BMO can keep a person like Marianne Riopel in office who has access to your personal data and is so dishonest.
