CIBC Branch & ATM

Standing first in line, with 3 sets of customers behind me… no staff meets or asks if they can help for over 15 minutes.nnStopped in to swap a small amount of USD to CAD currency. Not sure what’s happened to CIBC but they do not care about in-person service anymore. Go elsewhere for better service.

Austin was very helpful and was able to help me with my problem. I would recommend him to anyone, he was a very good person.

Says it open until 4pm on Saturdays, but closes 15-30 minutes early usually. Super lazy workers nowadays! So tired of this institution as of the last few years. Service has completely fallen of the map.

We live in Spruce Grove and we are CIBC clients in our city. While in Sherwood Park we needed to use their CIBC bank.nWe were so impressed nWe are feeling so cheated that this lovely bank is so far away from our home. The clerk was NOT BEHIND a counter with a long line. The bank machines were in the bank and this lovely clerk was making sure everyone had a Good Morning and any assistance that they needed. WHAT ? Everything was being wiped and the machines were so clean.nWe needed a service that a bank employee had to do and it was done quickly and professionally.nSo, there was ample parking and doors that opened facing the parking lot. No ramps and no heavy doors. No walking around a building to find an entrance door.nI would not have known that this friendly, efficient CIBC bank existed. Now I want this model for Spruce Grove because banking can be pleasant. Who knew.nThank you Sherwood Park. You are lucky indeed
