Went to get a direct deposit form. Took 20 minutes when no one else was there. Assistant manager kept trying to push services on me that I didn't need and couldn't afford. She couldn't comprehend that I would have more money long term if I paid down debts before saving.

Never a long wait in line at this location. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.

Excellent ! The staff and management are always willing to help customers in any way they can. I have been banking with CIBC from last 8 years and I have received best customer service at this location. The assistant manager at this branch is just amazing.

Staff are incompetent and only try to sell you new products rather than actually do what is needed. Avoid this branch if you can.
