Worst bank ever. Do your staff do anything or is your bank just for show? I have yet to get any help with banking done, at a bank... What bank doesnt accept cash to put into a bank account and what bank doesnt allow you to pull out money and! What bank doesnt let you order currency for foreign countries with cash??? I even had to pay off the govt for taxes and their answer for everything is no. Stupid tellers. Stupid bank. I have to go to Edmonton cause these guys are absolutely useless.

bad customer service mostly likely when its friday. BMO is way better than this crappy bank. Make sure you have a drivers license or a dozen id since they will pretend you dont have have enough id to go with. Just try to avoid friday and monday thats there peak bullshit hours
